Weekend

It was a great weekend - weather-wise & everything else about it, too. Backyard bbq at our house on Friday, and dinner with neighbors on Saturday. Some furniture rearranging, a couple of hikes, a trip to the farmers' market...not too many other errands, and time on Sunday to lounge in between the shade and the sun together, reading, even napping for a few quick minutes. It was the first weekend in a long time that felt relaxing, where I felt genuinely rested at the end of it...
