And speaking of that, we did take a break from it all last weekend for the little wine-making course we're taking. Sunday afternoon's session was all about barrel cleaning, grape pressing..and then filling the barrel. The latter took longer than I ever imagined...but then again, we're talking about something like 250 bottles of wine in the works. Here's H, hard at work on it all. Amazingly, he managed to do all this without getting any grape juice stains...
